Banded pricing by headcount. Namola bills the company directly; commission is agreed with you individually for corporate accounts.
Commission is a percentage of Namola's margin on each referred member, paid every month for as long as they stay subscribed. Your rate goes up automatically as you refer more members — there's nothing to renegotiate.

Per referred member per month — a Couple or Family plan counts as one member. The GPS Panic Button earns a once-off commission when the device is sold, then the monthly rate on its R99 subscription. A rental earns the monthly rate on what the customer pays — R299 for the first 24 months, then R150 (R11.39/mo at Starter) — with no device commission, because no device is sold.

Do I need to handle billing, support, or emergency response?
No. Namola handles all customer billing, support, and emergency response. Your role is distribution — referring people to Namola.
Is there a cost to join?
No. There is no cost to apply or to join the Partner Programme.
How and when do I get paid?
Commission is calculated monthly and paid by the 7th of the following month, by EFT. The minimum payout is R500 — if you're under that, it carries over to the next month.
What tier am I on, and does it change?
You start on the Starter tier. Your tier is recalculated every month based on your rolling average number of active referred members — the more you refer, the higher your rate.
Can customers get the GPS Panic Button without paying for the device up front?
Yes — Namola offers a 24-month rental at R299/month, then R150/month. The device stays Namola's property and is returned if the customer cancels early. It is a rental, not rent-to-own or financing, and should never be described as either. When a customer enters your code at checkout, the rental is credited to you automatically. Rental prices are fixed, so your code doesn't discount a rental.
What can't I do as a partner?
You can't make promises about Namola beyond what's in our approved sales materials, and you're responsible for making sure your own marketing and lead-generation activity complies with the law, including POPIA.
