By subscribing to any Namola plan, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.
Namola offers Essential and Plus subscription tiers, available for Individual or Family coverage, billed monthly or annually. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
Annual plans are billed upfront. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Web subscriptions are processed via PayFast. By subscribing, you authorise Namola to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Failed payments may result in suspension of service after a 7-day grace period.
Namola connects subscribers with third-party armed response and medical emergency providers. Namola does not guarantee response times and is not liable for the actions of third-party responders. Response availability may vary by location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting support@namola.co.za. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Annual plan refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
